The party season may be over, but Shepherd Neame brewery, Faversham is celebrating the New Year with an exciting line-up of events.
Enjoy a heart warming Winter Beer and Food Evening on Saturday 30 January and Saturday 6 February. After a guided tour of the brewery, tuck into a sumptuous four-course dinner, where each dish is matched with a specially selected ale or lager.
Treat Mum to a delicious Sunday roast on Mother's Day, Sunday 14 March, and let someone else do the cooking and washing up. Make a day of it and book a brewery tour and tasting too.
Take a break from chocolate this Easter Sunday 4 April, with a morning tour through the heart of the brewery. Enjoy a tutored tasting with one of Shepherd Neame's Master of Beers, before sitting down to a delicious lunch in the magnificent 15th century function room.
Have a night out with a difference on Friday 9 April and Friday 28 May, with a traditional Ale Samplers' Supper. After an evening guided tour and tasting, relax in the bar area with a two-course meal and a pint of your favourite Shepherd Neame beer.
Embrace the new season at the Spring Beer and Food Evening on Friday 7 May. After an evening tour savour a delicious four-course feast, complemented by a selection of carefully chosen ales and lagers.
Enjoy a day out with the whole family at the Faversham Classic Car & Motorcycle Show on Sunday 16 May. Hundreds of historic and classic cars will be on display in the town centre, alongside Shepherd Neame's vintage delivery vehicles. After a stroll around town, enjoy a guided tour and lunch at the brewery. And this year the Spitfire steam train will take passengers from London to Faversham for the day, as well as offering visitors an afternoon return trip from Faversham to Sheerness-on-Sea.
Along with special events, brewery tours take place most Mondays-Saturdays throughout the year and can make great gifts for friends and family.
The brewery is also available to hire for private and corporate events. Coach tours are welcome and full day itineraries can be arranged for groups of 12 or more, combining visits to nearby attractions with lunch or afternoon tea at the brewery.
Events regularly sell out but extra dates can be added if there is enough demand.
