Romans, Saxons and the 17th century smugglers have all left their mark on Wye; a historic village set in some of the most beautiful countryside in the Garden of England.  The drive from Faversham to Wye is around 11½ miles and takes less than half-an-hour.

The New Flying Horse, a 17th century posting house with oak beams and gleaming brasses, has 9 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. Some of the rooms are in a converted coach house.

The gardens feature Julian Dowle's award-winning Chelsea Flower Show garden, a nostalgic vision of wartime “Blighty”.
